Founder
Louis S. Schafer, Ed.S., partner and Lead Grant Developer, has over 30 years of experience collaborating with school districts and nonprofit agencies throughout the country to successfully develop, write and submit grant proposals to foundations, corporations, private entities, and state and federal agencies. With thirteen years as a classroom teacher and a dozen more as a school administrator, he has a firm understanding of essential program, curriculum and professional development needs in schools. Finally, with both a Masters degree and Educational Specialist degree in Community Education from Central Michigan University, he is highly qualified to comprehend “best practices” in the world of education and non-profits.
